Cookie Policy
ZYNAPTIX LTD · Effective Date: 16 October 2026 · Last Updated: 16 October 2026
1. Introduction
This Cookie Policy explains how Zynaptix Ltd ("Zynaptix", "we", "us" or "our") uses cookies and similar technologies on our websites, including www.zynaptix.ai and our other zynaptix.ai websites and landing pages (together, the "Websites").
Zynaptix AI Solutions is a trading style of Zynaptix Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 17220412.
Please read this Cookie Policy together with our Privacy Policy, which explains how we use personal data.
2. What Are Cookies?
Cookies are small text files that a website places on your device when you visit it. They help the website work, remember your choices and tell us how the website is used.
- Session cookies are deleted when you close your browser.
- Persistent cookies stay on your device for a set period or until you delete them.
- First-party cookies are set by our Websites. Third-party cookies are set by other companies whose services we use.
We also use similar technologies, such as pixels, tags and local storage. In this policy, "cookies" covers all of them.
3. Your Consent
Under the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR) and UK data protection law, we only use cookies that are not strictly necessary if you agree to them.
When you first visit our Websites, a cookie banner lets you accept all cookies, reject non-essential cookies, or choose which categories to allow. Analytics and marketing cookies are only set once you have agreed. You can change your mind at any time (see section 7).
4. The Types of Cookies We Use
Strictly necessary cookies
These are needed for the Websites to work and to keep them secure, for example remembering your cookie choices and making forms work. They do not need your consent and cannot be switched off in our cookie banner.
Analytics cookies
These help us understand how visitors use our Websites, such as which pages are visited, how long people stay, where visitors come from and what device and browser they use, so we can improve the Websites. We use Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity. Microsoft Clarity records how visitors interact with pages, such as clicks and scrolling, so we can see where pages work well or need fixing. We use these only with your consent.
Marketing cookies
These help us measure how well our advertising works, for example whether someone who clicked one of our adverts on Facebook, Instagram or Google went on to request a demo or start a free trial. They may also be used to show you relevant adverts on other websites. We use these only with your consent.
Functional cookies
These let features such as our contact forms, booking calendars and chat widget remember information you have entered or choices you have made.
5. Cookies on Our Websites
The table below lists the main cookies that may be set on our Websites. Which ones are set depends on the page you visit and the choices you make in our cookie banner. Durations are the providers' standard settings.

Providers sometimes change the cookies they use, and we review this list regularly. You can change your choices at any time using the Cookie Settings link at the bottom of every page.
We use Google Tag Manager to load our Google Ads tags, and only once you have accepted marketing cookies. Google Tag Manager does not set cookies itself.
6. Other Third-Party Services
- Google Fonts: our Websites load fonts from Google. Google Fonts does not set cookies, but your browser connects to Google's servers, which receive your IP address.
- Stripe: when you start a free trial or make a payment, you are taken to a secure checkout page run by Stripe. Stripe sets its own cookies there to process payments and prevent fraud. See Stripe's privacy and cookie policies at stripe.com.
- Social media and video links: if you follow a link to another website, that website's own cookie policy applies.
7. Managing Your Cookie Choices
- Our cookie banner: you can change or withdraw your consent at any time using the cookie settings button on our Websites. Withdrawing consent stops new cookies being set; you can delete existing ones in your browser.
- Your browser: most browsers let you block or delete cookies in their settings. Blocking all cookies may stop parts of our Websites from working.
- Google Analytics: you can opt out on all websites with Google's browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
- Adverts: you can manage advert preferences in your Facebook, Instagram and Google account settings, or at youronlinechoices.com.
8. How Long Cookies Last
Each cookie lasts for the period shown in section 5, unless you delete it sooner. Information collected through analytics and marketing cookies is kept in line with our Privacy Policy and the retention settings of each provider.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Cookie Policy when we change the services we use or when the law changes. The "Last Updated" date at the top shows when it was last revised.
